Clients love the fact that they never deal with anyone else apart from Stephanie, who works with them from the initial enquiry, to the day of the event, not only cooking for the client at their tasting but on the day of the event as well.

Denmark met France for the last wedding of the season. A super busy day between the manor house and the marquee and battling the elements so not as many pictures taken as I would have liked but the warmest of congratulations to Andreas and Laetitia and the very talented bride handcrafted all the beautiful flowers for the tables 🌸 Thank you to my amazing team who as always went above and beyond, now we rest 🤍

Love a mid week tasting especially when it’s for a couple so in love and so excited for their winter wedding next year - some of the dishes they chose to try were warming lamb shanks with pomegranate, duck liver and poached plum parfait with Melba toast and a spiced rhubarb compote and loin of cod with crispy Asian herbed breadcrumbs and cumin yogurt 🤍 #

The clouds finally blew away in the afternoon to make way for the warm June sunshine and celebrate the most happiest of wedding days of beautiful Alex and Tom! Their family and friends were not only treated to delicious canapés, a vintage VW camper van serving fabulous ice creams and sorbets, a sumptuous barbecue feast but the most phenomenal selection of champagnes and wines, I wish I’d been a guest!!
