A super busy day between the manor house and the marquee and battling the elements so not as many pictures taken as I would have liked but the warmest of congratulations to Andreas and Laetitia and the very talented bride handcrafted all the beautiful flowers for the tables 🌸 Thank you to my amazing team who as always went above and beyond, now we rest 🤍

Love a mid week tasting especially when it’s for a couple so in love and so excited for their winter wedding next year - some of the dishes they chose to try were warming lamb shanks with pomegranate, duck liver and poached plum parfait with Melba toast and a spiced rhubarb compote and loin of cod with crispy Asian herbed breadcrumbs and cumin yogurt 🤍 #

I have wanted to come here for so long and wow was it worth the wait! To say it was a an experience is an understatement, the menu blew us away and service like I’ve never had in any other restaurant and to have a tour of the kitchen was really the cherry on top of the cake. Thank you to everyone at for making it an evening to remember for a very long time 🤍

Gosh August you do like to send a curve ball with regards to the weather don’t you, but finally half way through champagne and canapés, the sun wrestled its way through the clouds and ordered the rain to stop so Tom, Sophie and all their lovely family and friends could move from the marquee outside and enjoy the beautiful late afternoon warmth. It was fabulous looking after this wonderful family again after catering Tom’s sister wedding back in 2017.
