As winter creeps in, there is still lots going on behind the scenes at Culinarians HQ, including the writing and testing of our new 2025/2026 menus. The vote is in on this incredible Porchini & truffle crème brulee, toasted sourdough, aged parmesan - it's a sure-fire winner in our eyes! Who wants one of these beauties?

We are extremely excited to announce our new partnership with the National Trust for Scotland at magnificent Culzean Castle, where we have been appointed as a preferred catering partner.

Culzean is described as Robert Adam’s cliff top masterpiece, rising above a world of woods, beaches and secret follies. Being entrusted with working in and caring for such a historic and magnificent piece of history, is our absolute honour, and we can’t wait to be a part of future celebrations in this breathtaking venue. What a backdrop to hold any special event!

With a completely bespoke menu including scallop ceviche, silver served lobster thermidor, bespoke wines and a custom built cocktail bar serving up martinis and margaritas, this has to be one of our favourite weddings EVER! A night of pure indulgence and joy…..

Feeling the love from Mike and Eilidh – it was our pleasure!

"Thank you so so much for everything you did for our wedding at the end of June. We truly could not have had the day we did without all of your help. The food was absolutely incredible and the staff were extremely attentive throughout the entire day. We have had lots and lots of compliments from our guests on the quality of both the canapés and the meal, and especially the evening food! Blythe, we definitely could not have organised our day without you! Your enthusiasm, organisation and willingness to tell us what does and doesn’t work was a massive help to both of us and you were absolutely amazing to work with!
