Real-life weddings at Riddle's Court 💝

Michelle & Shaun tied the knot at Riddle's Court last November in an intimate Seton room ceremony surrounded by their loved ones. The ceremony was followed by a small drinks receptions served by the our team.

The room was decorated by the couple with beautiful handmade chair tie-backs and items from the Riddle's Court collection!

Real-life weddings at Riddle's Court 💟

Hayden and Lauren tied the knot at Riddle's Court last December surrounded by their loving family and friends. The drinks reception with 75 guests took place in our Geddes and Seton rooms, which was filled with incredible floral creations by Catkin Studio and Christmas trees decorated by the couple.💐

The celebrations continued as the guests were seated in the Library for a delicious meal followed by a night of dancing!

Every aspect of the day was perfect, christmassy and personalised for the couple. Thank you for choosing Riddle's Court for your wedding celebrations!

Congratulations to all the couples who got engaged over the festive period; what an exciting time!

You may be looking for a long engagement or want to start planning immediately, so here are our top tips to kickstart your wedding planning in 5 easy steps.

1. Go and celebrate! 🎉 You have found your soulmate, enjoy time together and soak it all in. You might want to spread the word with friends and family, do a social media post and shout it from the rooftops. Throw a party and let the celebrations begin.

2. Think about the guest list! 📃 The guest list will ultimately shape what type of wedding you will have. Write down the people you 100% want there and extend from there. Then you can go back through and decide what is more important, an intimate wedding or a large-scale party; looking at the guest list will frame your decision.

3. Set your budget 💷

4. Consider your date! 📅 What time of the year do you want to get married? What season? Do you want a long or short engagement? Do you have friends and family traveling from abroad tied to the time of year?

How to book a viewing at Riddle’s Court 📣

If you have just got engaged or are ready to start looking at venues, you will find more information about our award-winning venue online, either on one of the wedding site listings or our website.

Riddle’s Court is a venue as intriguing as it is beautiful. It is full of original features, packed with character and charm, from romantic courtyards to beautifully painted ceilings that add a touch of atmosphere to your special day.

If you want to view the building but are further afield, we can do this virtually with our fantastic 3D matterport, giving you a feel for this historic hidden gem, or you can contact the events team for an in-person viewing with one of our Wedding Co-ordinators. We’d love to hear from you. 💗

Ben and Alex tied the knot at Riddle's Court this November surrounded by their closest friends and family. The ceremony with 10 guests took place in our atmospheric Seton room, which was filled with love, laughter and lots of hugs!

The celebrations continued as the guests enjoyed a drinks receptions and after the ceremony. 🍽️
