So the food is prepared and the venue is almost set, ready for the long awaited and postponed wedding of my very first Head Chef and his wonderful wife to be. β€

I genuinely wonder if I would have stuck at the cheffing without him as my fun loving, music mad mentor 25 years ago.....who knows, what matters is that I did and did it well, and tomorrow is an opportunity to make him proud and share the love of food for their wedding day!
At least there's no pressure for it to be perfect eh? π€£π©βπ³
