Somehow forgot all about our 5th birthday earlier this month, so attempting to make up for it today! Happy Birthday Bryonia, it’s been a wild ride so far, can’t wait to see what the future brings our way 🎢🧁

A joy to make (and a nightmare to photograph in the earliest morning light). Thankfully caught a few of these incredibly beautiful shots of the church setup for us 💒

Probably a favourite creation of the season so far this year. We prepped most of the mechanics the day before, with only an hour to add the finishing touches of rambling roses, foxgloves and peonies in the morning. Natural, seasonal and just grown there, exactly how we like to create our florals.

From the archives, playing with September’s harvest. Alongside friendly paws, a pot of tea and hearty wedges of lemon drizzle cake.

Made with tomatoes, amaranthus, calendula, clemaris, abelia and other seasonal ingredients. This wildflower meadow was created in bespoke cast iron vessel at beautiful cottage.

Bouqs on their way 🧡 filled with tendrilled sweetpea, rose, corncockle, ranunculus, orlaya, snapdragon and geums.

It’s almost so engrained into our practice now, that we sometimes forget to mention that all of our flowers are British grown. As our recipes are entwined with the seasons, we never promise specific stems in advance, but rather cherry pick the best ingredients at the very moment when we are preparing to create. This means that every year the choice varies and we can never create with the same exact mix again. But we love the special combinations that are created and how unique each and every wedding becomes.
