Easily one of our favourite things we've got in-store recently is the Tenyo Shocking Pass Case! 😍

The magician shows the transparent compartment of a wallet and inside it puts a white piece of paper after having folded it. He gives the transparent compartment a "snap" and take out the piece of paper that will now magically have writing on it!
The same can be done with a playing card of hearts, for example, which will turn into a spades and for many more transformations in full sight!

Imagine this: you hold a seemingly unremarkable necklace - which instantly becomes an ordinary key. Under your FULL control, the key and the chain begin a dance of impossibility-appearing, vanishing, transposing, and changing in your spectator's hands. But that's not all.

In the stunning finale, you gently place the chain with the key around your spectator's wrist. The key is then plucked from the chain and vanishes at your fingertips. You toss the now invisible key into the air, and to the spectator's astonishment, it appears landing securely on the chain still wrapped around their wrist. And everything is fully examinable!

A HUGE Thank You And An Emotional Goodbye... 🎩

Tam Shepherd's Trick Shop in Glasgow closed it's doors for the last time this past Saturday.
Tam Shepherd's was opened in 1886 - making it 138 years old - and in those 138 years; the tiny little premises on Queen Street in Glasgow has done more for magic in Scotland (and therefore the world!) than anyone could possibly imagine.

I bought my first "proper" magic trick in there at age 15 (2009). I was attending the Scottish Pipe Band Championships at Glasgow Green with my high school pipe band (I was a drummer!) and I snuck away to Queen Street - an adventure i'd been planning for months.
When I got there, I was greeted by Roy Walton himself behind the counter who showed me a couple of small tricks and ultimately sold me a mirage deck. This was absolutely the start of my real, lasting fascination with magic and the mystery arts. ✨

Every single Scottish magician I know has their own Tam Shepherd's story and owes a lot to the existence of this place.
It is without a doubt that without Tam Shepherd's; there would be no Wonder & Co. and so while we owe the Walton family a lot; we can only hope to do what we can to keep the wonder of a brick-and-mortar magic shop alive in Scotland and carry a little of the legacy left behind.
