Fully booked Unknown Portugal with FÌON yesterday. Amazing response and very grateful for all of our guest's enthusiasm and curiosity.

Fantastic day pairing small plates for FÌON 's Palomino themed pop-up wine bar at Radicibus yesterday.

Pictured here are pink grapefruit cured sea trout with dill creme freche and grapefruit gel, and an Angus rump tartare with smoked shallots and black garlic mayo.

We will be back for three more themed pop-ups throughout August, bookings are open. See you there?

After a move to Edinburgh we have decided to rebrand to focus on the nature of the work we will be doing here. Now we are 'Ithe' (Scots Gaelic for 'eat') and very excited for some upcoming events and collaborations.

Hello everybody!

Our typically fortnightly Sunday meal is going to be on pause this Sunday 27th. Fortunately for the Union Club, the weekend is packed full with events.
