This coming Monday, we welcome J Wax and Babyccino for a freshers special at our beloved 120 capacity Sneaky Pete’s.

Making waves with his releases being played by all the top dogs such as Job Jobse, Nana Kravis, and more, J Wax takes on his first residency headline show at Stand B-Side Club.

On support duties we have invited the talented Glasgow-based Babyccino to warm up the room with some vibes house and acid.

Edinburgh based DJ/Producer DELBOI is an exciting name coming through the scene. Starting in 2019 DELBOI has a developed a unique mixing style guaranteeing you to groove on the dance floor.

From playing at pre parties and in clubs such as SWG3, Cabaret Voltaire and Sneaky Pete’s, DELBOI has recently branched out to Liverpool and played alongside the crew and had a slot on Liverpool’s .

DELBOI also has self releases and plenty of mixes which will let you feel his creative side. From CDJS to turntables, the resident likes to play a variety of genres making him a well rounded DJ behind the booth.

From house to techno, expect a night with groovy beats which will make the floor shake.

Making a permanent signing from Circa Scotland, we welcome Kealin to SBS FC

Artist bio:
Kealin is a DJ/producer who burst onto the scene through a residency with Eyeangle Records, the residency seen him craft his own style of sets from playing hands in the air house to heads-down techno allowing him to put into play his own philosophy of song selection being just as important as mixing if not more. Kealin has graced the decks of highly respected intimate Scottish underground venues such as Sub club, Cab Vol, sneaky petes and 69, always making sure to have fresh head turning tracks to play that can leave punters desperate for track ID’s.

Since this residency we have seen Kealin start his own club night, , & record label alongside Liam Doc. With tracks signed to LSSC as well as a feature on Liams East Coast Edits EP signed to Sultas Selects Silver Service.

More recently Kealin’s latest track on LSSC “30 yards out in the olympiastadion” has been featured in BBC radio one presenter’s Emerald’s track ID spotify playlist

Were ecstatic to announce the permanent signing of J Wax to Stand B-Side FC 🤝

Artist bio:
Originally from Tayport but now calling Edinburgh home, J Wax launched into the music world in
2019, swiftly establishing themselves as a dynamic DJ and producer. With a short but impactful
career, J Wax has quickly gained recognition within the industry, boasting standout releases on
esteemed labels like Future Classic and Headroom Records. As a core member of the thriving
collective and label , J Wax’s diverse sets effortlessly traverse a range of genres
including breakbeat, garage, and techno, solidifying their position as an artist on the rise.

In 2020, J Wax proudly unveiled their EP ‘Blink’ under the prestigious Inverness label, Kouncil Cuts. This momentum continued with the release of the ‘Demersal’ EP on Future Classic in August 2022, followed by a notable appearance on BBC Radio Scotland in September, where they shared insights into the local music scene alongside a captivating half-hour mix.
Further cementing their presence in the music world, J Wax’s track ‘Oceans’ secured a spot on the official soundtrack of EA Sports F1 23. Notable releases under Future Classic (‘Demersal’) and Headroom Records (‘1997’) have further solidified their reputation.
