This is one to be remembered. Everyone really went for it with their fancy dress for Ross’ birthday. We had the privilege of providing the hog roast. You can tell a great party, when they eat absolutely everything. It also tells me they like the hog….. but then who doesn’t love a hog roast.

9pm at Shottstown Miners for Adam’s and Jennifer’s party. What a turn out! The hog was on for 8 hours, and it was prefect. Such a lovely couple. Great to see so many people there for them.

4pm at Carrickvale Golf Club providing some amazing pulled pork for Lisa and family at an amazing 40th birthday party. We’ve not supplied Greek salad before, but I can say it was delicious and now a permanent choice on the menu.

What a feeling it is to be organised and ready ahead of time.

Great to support The Dalmahoy Hotel with their staff and families Summer Party. Succulent Hog roast, our trademark stuffing, fried onions, cut nicely with fresh and zingy apple sauce, topped with crunch by the best crackling. A meal in a bun. Always, always makes my mouth water.

Super afternoon over in Haddington for TJ and her son’s first birthday party. The weather and setting couldn’t be better, and to top it off, they all tucked into a wonderful hog roast, with our signature macaroni cheese on the side. Great to see Annabelle again, a customer from last year. She recommended us to her daughter and the rest as you say is history. It fills us with huge confidence when we have customers come back to us for their catering. We must be doing something right.

Chuffed to support the Soldiers, Officers and Civil Servants of Headquarters 51st Infantry Brigade with a Tasty Hog BBQ for their Summer party. Such a beautiful day to hold it, and it looked like they were in for a great afternoon. Thanks for having us, team 51.
