The one that everyone chooses and the one that everyone LOVES. I can't tell you how many beef cheeks I've cooked this year so far, but it's a lot! Beef cheeks in their own gravy, pea ragu, crispy leeks, pea shoots, green beans and parmesan..😋 from last nights wedding for Courtney and Ross....❤️

We're still here. Highly aware that are social media presence has been abysmal over the summer but we've been doing lots of lovely things, for lots of lovely people. Here's a plate of glorious British charcuterie that we've been using for our summer events.
