Set against the backdrop of the 1980s, hidden among the darkness of a wood, a group of friends try to hide a dark secret. There is a desperate need for someone to take charge, but who can they trust? Who do they follow? In the midst of spiralling lies and mounting tension, everyday adolescence becomes an anarchic game of survival.

Beats is an award-winning play by Kieran Hurley; a coming-of-age story exploring rebellion, apathy, and the irresistible power of gathered youth.

It's been a long year cooped up inside for all of us here at PASS. Normally at this point our HND Acting students would be rehearsing to perform their graduating showcase live at the Traverse Theatre. However this year things are a bit (a lot) different:
Our HND Acting students have teamed up with Gridiron Theatre and Plum films to bring you 'Socially Distant, *yet digitally close'.
Premiering on Friday 14th of May at 7.30pm on The Traverse Theatre's online platform, Traverse 3 (where the film will be available for free on demand until 28th of May).
