Since then I've painted at Christmas parties, Birthdays, Gala days, Highland games, Firework di

splays, Nightclubs, Murrayfield international rugby matches, Scottish football internationals, Craft Fayres, Toddler groups and Fun Days. It was all about glitter and sparkle today at Aberdour Festival. Festival bling, sparkly fairy hair and glitter tattoos were all the rage in the sunshine.

It was a privilege to have been part of today's family fun day event which both celebrated, what would have been, the 40th birthday of Barry Martin and launched a new foundation in his memory.
Barry was a Firefighter from Dunfermline who lost his life as a result of the blaze in Jenners (Edinburgh) in January 2023. 🩶

Proud of my kids today. They're at the scout jamboree in Blair Atholl for a fortnight, and today was visitors' open day. Their patrol had practiced Scottish themed facepainting🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 but one of the American scouts wanted the stars and stripes.🇺🇸 Nothing puts my girl off and she jumped right in. The finished design was cracking...I may have some competition in my future. My son was doing designs too but I've no action shots of him. Just one of him sporting a cheek design 💙

Many of you will remember the heartbreaking news reports about Barry Martin (Firefighter) who died in January last year, following the fire in Jenners.

His wife, Shelley, and sons are celebrating what would have been Barry's 40th birthday, by holding a free fun day in Dunfermline.
It's on 27th July. No ticket required.

They are also setting up a foundation in his memory, which you can donate to if you wish.

I will be there providing face painting.

My very last customer at the Royal Highland Show at the end of a 4 day run, asked me to do a full face pig 🐷. I've never done one before but was on a high so jumped in with both feet. Thanks for the challenge, needs some work but pleased with how it turned out, and she was delighted.

Another fantastic day at The Rosyth Gala. The weather did its bit, and everyone had fun. Thank you for having us along to provide face paint and glitter tattoos. We had a blast and already looking forward to next year.

Never stopped at the zoo today.
I stepped out of my comfort zone though to try a sloth, a koala in a tree and a chimp. The giraffe was a wee cutie that I couldn't help including in the line up.
