Finally in 2023 we managed to shake off the devastation caused by Covid and we are now back to where we were just prior to the pandemic.

BIEN Catering was shaking its pans at the weekend!!
4 course dinner
Cullen skink with smoked haddock Bon Bon ,
Slow cooked beef bourguigonne, crushed potato tower and roast vegetables,
Sticky toffee pudding with toffee sauce and ice cream,
Cheese selection with chutney and biscuits.

Today I was lucky enough to have been asked too supply the catering for zuhlke
A tech company that has just opened a new office at St. Andrews square.
Guests today included Kate Forbes MSP the Swiss consulate and the chief executive of Zuhlke
Turns out it was zuhlke that developed the Covid NHS app for England and Wales

Today I was lucky enough to cater at the facility of advocates on the high street.
Smoked salmon roulade with pickled beets, asparagus tips, baby salad and citrus dressing.
Beef bourguigonne, crushed potatoes and medley of baby vegetables followed by cheese, biscuits and chutney.

Last night I had dinner at this fabulous pop up restaurant.
Nigel who sadly had to give up his catering business due to COVID is making a come back and what a come back it is .
We where treated to a fabulous 3 course dinner bursting with flavour and all cooked and prepared to perfection.
People that know me well know that I’m very rarely happy when I dine out but I can honestly say last nights experience was a definite 10 from 10.

I then make the food fresh and deliver around Kirkliston between 14.00 and 17.00HRS
I have now also started to deliver around the Currie and Balerno area on a Saturday morning BETWEEN 9.00 AND 11.00.
If you live outside these areas you can still order but you will need to collect on Saturday between 12.00 and 14.00 or after 18.00hrs.
I can supply the collection address when I confirm your order.
CAN I ALSO ASK IF POSSIBLE TO HAVE THE CORRECT MONEY.
