So today Bien Catering trading as spitting Pig Edinburgh had our first event in Glasgow!!
Slow cooked and pulled pork , beef brisket and chicken served with Mac cheese and corn sides with sweet potato and regular fries
Veggie options of pulled bbq Jack fruit and halloumi skewers!!
Roll on Friday for my next event

Finally in 2023 we managed to shake off the devastation caused by Covid and we are now back to where we were just prior to the pandemic.
Wishing all my clients, customers, colleagues, friends and family a very happy 2024 .
