Our beautiful real bride Fiona has shared her recent wedding photos with us and WOW what a fairytale 😍🥰

“I bought my wedding dress and had alterations at Emma Roy and was so pleased with the experience! I tried on dresses at a few other bridal boutiques but none of them compared to service we received at Emma Roy - from the second you walk in the door the team are friendly and welcoming, something my mum and I really noticed every time we visited. They really made the effort to make our bridal shopping a fun and memorable experience. A special thank you to Steph who helped me find my dress and was fantastic - Steph really listened to what I was looking for and pulled a great selection of dresses, providing useful advice throughout and putting no pressure on me to make a decision or buy a dress. She went above and beyond, arranging for other sample dresses to be loaned in so I could see how the dress I picked (Maggie Sottero ‘Canberra’ in Ivory over Pearl) would look in the colour I wanted as they didn’t have it in the boutique, which I really appreciated. Steph showed genuine care and checked in throughout the process from buying to taking home the dress. Throughout there was really good communication in person and over email on the process and timings for when my dress would be ready. I also had a really great experience with alterations, with thanks to Ali who made my dress fit me perfectly and provided clear guidance e.g. on how to bustle the dress. I also appreciated the option for two full day alterations appointments as I don’t live locally. A massive thank you to the whole team at Emma Roy, I was so happy with my dress and couldn’t have asked for a better experience”

I just wanted to firstly thank you all at Emma Roy for helping me find my dream dress with an extra special mention to Miriam, who was honestly the most patient and lovely person. I am so happy that I had such a lovely person help me.

I was so overwhelmed when I came to Emma Roy, with it being the 10th Bridal shop I had visited, as none of the previous shops had what I was looking for. I can honestly say, from picking my dress in store in October last year, to then trying on my dress in April and my 4 alteration appointments, that I always felt at ease and very welcome in the shop. The staff and alteration staff were all fantastic. It really is a gem of a shop and I will recommend it highly to anyone I know getting married in the future.
