Forecast winds up to 39 mph.
LEGAL LIMIT INCLUDING GUSTS IS 24MPH.
with strathisla Inflatable FUN safety has always been my priority over profit.
Completely understand it can be hard to explain to any child that their party might be cancelled, but their safety is always my priority.
Will keep an eye on the wind but it's forecast till next week.

What a great day we had at lossiefest
4 thousand tickets were sold.
And thankfully the weather was ok for the start of it all.
Had the 30ft obstacle course outside.

Was a huge success 🙌
2nd year I've been asked to supply inflatables for this event.
Even had a cheeky wee shot of the lazer Clay pigeon. Was brilliant 👏
After a 10 hour drive were back from skegvages
Was great having some family time but straight back at it with lossiefest tomorrow ❤️

After having yesterday off for a birthday bbq is straight back at it with the ultimate all ages set up.

This is just a quick reminder of the legality of bouncy castle setups.
Castles on hard standing need to be either pinned down or have 163kg on each anchor point that equates to approx 1 tonne. I have seen so many setups on concrete, etc, with about 100kg rather than the legal amount of 1000kg.
Indoor hires, there's no legal requirement for a castle, etc, to be pinned down or the use of sandbags.
It's illegal to have castles set up in winds, including gusts of 24mph.
P**a/rpii tests aren't a legal requirement, but if not tested, most insurance companies don't cover if anything happens.
Just that another company is cheaper doesn't mean they are working safely.
Remember, it could be your child getting injured or someone else's getting injured if the company you decided to use isn't doing setups legally.
Totally understand it can be heartbreaking to cancel due to weather, etc, but it's only cancelled for the safety of your children ❤️
