Already sporting the company colours, our new Volvo FH16 now carries the Grant Tent Hire branding along with the custom paint work. 😍🐴. It’s proving to be a great asset for the big jobs!

It’s not often we get to the shows ourselves. We are always there before setting up and after the event for the clear up, but after a crazy week setting up 36 marquees for our agricultural shows and various other events, we took the opportunity to pop along to the Black Isle Show for the preview evening. Watched some showjumping, tractor pushing and got a news and a catch up with some friends and customers along the way. Hope you all had a great day today!

I have been very bad at updating social media this year. Updating our page never seems to get to the top of the to-do-pile. I’ll begin a more regular update with a little job we carried out in June. A very picturesque location at one of our local wind farms.

Although we have some marquees and events through the winter, this job always seems to mark the end of our busy summer season. Our biggest single marquee of the year (along with a few wee ones) at the Baxters Loch Ness Marathon in Inverness. A massive well done to all the runners, organisers and volunteers who make this such a fantastic event.

What a busy couple of weeks! Over 40 marquees of various sizes out in quick succession at Nairn Show - Nairnshire Farming Society, Black Isle Show and Grantown Show .

With our annual agricultural shows ticked off the list for this season ✅ and the kids back to school as well 🍾🥳. This week I’ll be back in the office catching up on quotes and admin.

Three generations of Grant installing the marquees for Nairn Show - Nairnshire Farming Society .

The showfield is looking great thanks to the hard work of their volunteers. Looks like it’ll be a great show this Saturday.

All hands are on for setting up the annual agricultural shows over the next couple of weeks, so your patience is very much appreciated if we are taking a little longer to respond to enquiries.

We were delighted to supply our marquees again for the Inverness Highland Games 2023. Such an amazing event bringing people from all over the world to Inverness.

We supplied 16 marquees ranging from 9 sqm to 480 sqm.

As we are winding down for 2022 and looking forward to some time off after an incredibly busy year. I’ll share some images from one of our latest jobs. We were delighted to provide the marquee and equipment for the Festive Celebrations of the The Black Watch, 3rd Battalion, The Royal Regiment of Scotland (3 SCOTS) at Fort George.

We’ll have a little time off with family, then we’ll be back at it with cleaning and maintenance of our equipment, catching up the admin and hopefully being a little more active on social media recapping on some of our work this past year.

What a start to the Season! We were delighted to be the marquee contractor for the first MacMoray Easter Festival at Cooper Park a couple of weeks ago with YBD Music What an amazing success the event was with thousands of people enjoying great weather and music. 🌞🎵🎸🕶😎. We supplied the main 70m x 15m marquee for the VIP / bar and second stage, along with a selection of smaller marquees for infrastructure.
