And we are signing off.

Thank you to you all. The support and love you show all year round is incredible and even more so over the last couple of weeks. I really do appreciate it. We have done our best while being extremely ill and you have all been so accepting and understanding, with a couple of exceptions, but I take comfort in the fact that this was probably because you don't know us personally and you are lucky enough to have never been through something like this. I have managed to respond to all messages I think but if I have missed you then I apologise and will catch up with you in February and get everything resolved. I'm taking this time to properly heal and recover because hammering things 24/7 365 days was always going to catch up with me so I will not be accessing social media, email or voicemail during this time which will be a challenge!
Grace is doing well and enjoyed sausage and chips today. Don't think I've ever been so glad for a bit of backchat!

I have done some really stupid things in my life and today was no exception. I attempted to get some more orders done this afternoon so they could go out for delivery tomorrow. 2 things happened.
Grace got upset and wanted/needed cuddles
I deteriorated rapidly while battling this flu.
I think I realise how very unwell we are and that rest means rest.
My plan to get remaining orders out by Tuesday isn't going to happen. (Other than the couple i managed to put together today) I just don't have the physical or mental strength. Feels quite strange writing this as I always find a way to make things happen. Not this time. I'm completely beat.
My workshop is still quite full with flowers and I don't want them to sit there and eventually go in the bin. I'm going to just bunch them together in paper, close to wholesale cost and one of my elves will get them to Lower Mill of Tynet Farm tomorrow.
I'm going to email and message everyone who has placed an order with me but if you are reading this can you get in touch about delivery next year or refund, thank you

*we are home*
And we are slowly coming out the other side. What a tough time it's been.
Thank you to everyone who has messaged me over the past few days to let me know you are thinking about us and for offering help in many ways. Thank you for taking time today to think about us and message and for offering to deliver Christmas dinner to us. You are so kind. Ive had over 600 interactions following my posts over the past few days and that's really touching and we definitely feel loved and cared for. Santa is making a very special extra delivery tonight now that Grace is well enough to enjoy it all in the morning when she wakes to find her presents.

*Update*
Hey everyone. I've really tried to keep going and juggle things but my only priority just now is this little human and so Dr Grays is where I need to be, not at home with the flu making flowers because I don't want to let anyone down.
You have all been so wonderful and I really appreciate it but I'm sorry, I'm not getting any more orders out before Christmas. I'm going to message each one of you and arrange delivery after Christmas, later in the year or a refund. I know you will all understand that a 2 year old wirh pneumonia is a big deal and all I'm thinking about for now.

Thank you everyone for your messages and love. I really appreciate your understanding and patience. I've been home for a while today to make some orders up and we have swapped the hospital shift and Bob is now out delivering. Grace is showing signs of improvement but still very unwell with this infection. Her lungs are showing signs of the infection breaking down and her oxygen levels are looking better. She is pretty miserable. I got checked out at A&E this morning as I haven't been well and I actually have the flu. So....Merry Christmas haha. We are going to be in here at least one more night but I will be heading home again tomorrow to make more orders so Bob can get them out. My cut off for ordering and delivery was 23rd but this will now spill over in to 24th so don't worry if you don't get tomorrow.

I've been trying to put together a post and keep deleting and rewriting as I can't seem to find the right way of saying things.
So...Grace has been admitted to Dr Grays with bronchial pneumonia and quite a serious infection. She is on IV antibiotics and oxygen. She is extremely sick but I'm hoping she will improve quickly once the drugs kick in.
I have everyone's orders made via website and messenger and these will all be delivered before Christmas, it may be later on Christmas eve but I promise every one of them will be delivered.
I would really appreciate it if you could try and not contact me to ask when your order will arrive. This is a very difficult time and it's when self employment tests us to the max.
I appreciate all your orders and support and I would never let any of you down with non delivery. Plus I have fabulous friends ready to step in and fill their car to get to everyone!
