“I just wanted to send our heartfelt thanks following our wedding on Saturday 9th December. It was honestly the best day of our lives.
We knew Bartle Hall was the right place when we were shown round by Jenny who was so welcoming and had answers to all of our questions. Over the 2 year planning process, the staff at Bartle have always been attentive and contactable and have made the process stress-free. I always felt our special day was in good hands. You allowed us to put our own stamp on the day and considered our preferences and quirks even if this wasn’t the norm.
On the day, as soon as Heather walked through the door of the Thicket Lodge in the morning, I knew I could relax. Heather and Mark are an absolute credit to your team and ensured smooth-running of the day, always with a smile on their face.
The entire day was more amazing than we could ever imagine and Bartle Hall will always hold a very special place in our hearts. We have had so many compliments from guests.
I wish you all the very best for the future and we will definitely come back to visit!
