Love this shady end of garden in spring even though full of weeds. 💚 Canopy of leaves is thicker than ever this year . Fresh beech leaves are the most zingy , gorgeous green 💚 Must add my under gardener has done the best job of clearing weeds from the step I made many years ago setting the area off even better now. 🙂

Something a bit different today but had to share😀 Bought these beautiful books for many reasons but only just discovered these fab extra bits. Exquisite, educational, old, lift the flap illustrations. Just a bit feart to as some of the smaller pieces as so delicate. + a couple of the lovely pics.

Lovely to see lots of new growth and a bit of colour in the garden now. 🌱🌞🌸 More Ranunculus planted after discovering that the twiggy rooty, bulbs which I thought were over dried, plumped up nicely after a pre soak and will hopefully yield some beautiful blooms in May/ June.🤞 Wee snap shot of today
