Beth, of Earth Alchemy, and I invite you to connect with the season to create a wild take on the Korean classic - Kimchi. This ancient food populates the gut with lots of beneficial bacteria, offering support to the immune system.

Saturday 29 April
10am - 4pm
Elsing Village Hall

The morning session will feature a Forrest Yoga practice designed to awaken root and sacral chakras (place of creativity, survival and trust instincts). Expect a dynamic hip and standing pose series to get you centred and curious, building up to a heart-opener posture to cultivate openness and joy.

After lunch (bring your own), Beth will take us on a foraging experience in the local area. We will then return to create our very own wild garlic Kimchi.

The day will end with a closing circle and reflection.
