We have noticed two stunning heavy pots containing lovely conifers in Berts Garden. Would whoever placed them there please let us know and advise if they have been donated or are just on holiday. The watering crew will keep them hydrated along with the rest. 🤣

The feast committee would like to thank everyone who came out and supported us this year with our main event.

We have made an amazing profit of £2000 which is awesome.

All of the funds raised are put straight back into the village to support our village groups and enhance our environment.

Looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow.
Please stay hydrated, drinking water will be available in the village hall along with stunning cakes, teas, squash and coffees. The Sports and Social Club is open with air conditioning and we have gazebos going up for relaxing and sheltering from the sun.

Just a reminder that the competition entries can be delivered to the village hall from 10 am - 12 on Saturday. Photos and pictures to be printed out and there will be submission forms to complete on arrival.

The feast committee are working behind the scenes to bring you our main annual event. New independent stalls and displays and the usual great BBQ, Bar, raffle, games and refreshments. Flyers are being hand delivered through every door with the request for bottles for our famous Tombola. See you there !

This year The Feast won’t have Rosie to DJ the main event. We are desperately seeking help from the Village. If you have sound equipment we could borrow we would very much appreciate it. If you fancy DJ’ing even better!! Please comment or PM Lisa Hadley or Caroline Oates. Thank you 🙏

We have a plan..... volunteers needed as we start work on 6th April weeding, clearing the beds and reapplication of woodchip.

Firstly we are asking for external wood paint for the planters, do you have some left over after a project?

Then when the warmer weather comes we will be asking for summer bedding, cuttings, flowers, vegetables or shrubs for the garden.
