After studying a degree in photography at art college Kat Nicolaou went onto train and work as a qualified windowdresser at the famous London store, Harrods, Knightsbridge which included working on the windows, christmas world, and the floral arrangements for the Dodi & Diana memorial. Whilst working at Harrods it was decided that a more creative career was needed for the future so then decided to

study Floristry and balloon artistry at Capel Manor which was passed with flying colours. This then lead to working as a florist in London of which included working at the Hilton Hotel Park Lane London . Shop premises were then purchased in Enfield to cater for the high demand for good quality floral and balloon arrangements for such events as christenings and weddings through word of mouth, friends and famil
