For our 5th episode of ‘Your Story Is Our Story,’ we are delighted to welcome one of our first-ever customers and now great friend Peter Phair (Phair Grylls)
After meeting us at our launch at the IFEX food expo back in 2013, Peter bought a 600S Grillmaster and has never looked back.
A butcher by trade, Peter owned and ran a successful butchery retail shop in Enniskillen for many years.
Having suffered from back pain, stress, and sciatica caused by years of the hard, nonstop graft that was demanded from his butchery profession.
Peter decided enough was enough and it was time he searched for something that could not only reward him with a good income but more importantly something that gifted him the freedom of time to enjoy the smaller things.
Since then, we have had the pleasure to remain close with Peter and now consider him to be a great friend and addition to the Blazer boys.
It has been an absolute pleasure to follow Peter's journey and an even greater pleasure to hear how Trailblazer has "changed his life!"
