Our client Tullamore Dew's brand activation was a huge success in Dublin city centre. We found the perfect location at the stunning deli Tir, which used to be an old railway station.

The food was absolutely delicious, and Tir did an amazing job of pairing it with Tullamore Dew's signature whiskey. We brought the countryside to the city with natural wheat tablespaces, whiskey trees and a whiskey barrel wall for the perfect photo op. We were excited to have been asked to curate a networking lunch for Compass Ireland to celebrate International Women's Day for the second year in a row. The event took place at our favourite secret garden, Stauntons on the Green, located in the heart of the city.
A beautiful traditional tent adorned with spring blooms set the stage for the event. Our amazing chefs prepared a delicious lunch over fire, filling the tent with the aroma of crackling grills. The event was filled with the sounds of chatter and melodic tunes, making it a truly memorable occasion. Thank you to Compass Ireland for giving us the opportunity to be a part of such a special day. 🌿

Wilde Dining x Enniskillen Castle: Fermanagh County Museum

A lovely launch to our Flavours of Home series in our beautiful island town in association with the NI Science Festival
Guest joined us in the castle garden for a champagne reception around the fire and heard about the history of cooking over fire from archeologist Cormac McSparron before taking a seat at the banquet in the barracks store.
Our chefs prepared an authentic feast over fire with flavours from the past while our multi talented musician Dan entertained.
Thanks to the staff and management team at Enniskillen Castle: Fermanagh County Museum for being such wonderful hosts 🔥
