Rachel is the captain of our ship and has been with us for 14 years. She is a fully qualified IOPF florist and is the principal wedding florist here at Silver Birch.
“I have always had a lifelong passion for flowers ever since I would sit at the kitchen table and watch my mum create displays for weddings back in the early 80's, so I've been hooked for a long time.”
Rachel is always here to support our customers and bring their floral visions to life, she has led the team to victory many times winning several awards and has many blushing reviews under her belt. ✨

Our next face behind the Flowers Dave 🤎✨
Dave grew up in Evesham and has been a florist for 55 years, spending the last three with us here at Silver Birch at BHGS.
Dave’s favourite flower is a Lily of the valley which symbioses purity, joy, love, and serenity. He particularly loves these as they were his mother’s favourite.
In his free time, he is either on the badminton court, travelling, or spending time with his beloved Cavapoo, Harley.🐾✈️
Dave is very popular with our customers and will always go above and beyond for them. He loves creating farewell flowers and funeral tributes to offer comfort in times of sorrow. He is simply known as "The Legend".

Our next spotlight is Hayley 🌸🩷
Hayley has been a florist for 7 years now and started out at Silver Birch with her brother James. She stayed with the brand during its move to BHGS and brought many skills and ideas along with her.
She loves creating different types of bouquets and is always up for updating our seasonal store displays using artificial flowers and other stock we have in our Evesham shop.
Supersize bouquets is a fond choice for Hayley, and she loves adding so many colourful flowers to one huge bunch! Hayley is not afraid to get stuck in and is always on hand to help our customers with events, whether that be weddings, funerals, parties, and everything else in between.
Her favourite flowers are peonies which is a popular choice, especially in the warmer months and a much-loved choice by our customers.

First up we have Jo 🌷🧡
Our lovely joker Jo has been a florist for almost 30 years and has been with us for most of those. She is a little ball of sunshine and gathers laughs wherever she goes. Jo is an integral part of our team and is always keeping our team and customers happy.
She loves all things weddings and will never shy away from creating beautiful bridal bouquets and table decs. Jo’s favourite flower is an Orchid which symbolises charm, love, beauty, and thoughtfulness, and also perfectly describes Jo!
Her favourite quote is “Love you Bye!”
