Roasted shallots 🙌🏼

How to:

1️⃣ Cut your shallot lengthways and place it flesh side down on a heated pan with a drizzle of olive oil.

2️⃣ Cook on a high heat until lightly coloured

3️⃣ Add in a generous amount of butter and a sprig of rosemary or thyme and pop in the oven on 180 for 15 minutes….and voila!

Fun fact: I cook these with the skin on to lock in the sweetness and I also add a hefty amount of butter to level up the taste👌🏻

🧅 Roasted shallots are great accompaniments to any beef or lamb dish!

Oh we do love Christmas time! 🎄

We recently had the privilege of cooking for a wonderful family who were visiting the UK from oversees and wanted to experience a traditional British Christmas dinner.

It was an absolute pleasure to be involved in this experience! 💫
