Our Story - 26 Years of being โIn Love...with Weddingsโ!
Realising the need for a specialist bridal boutique in Exeter, myself Jen and my sister Trisha established The Bridal Emporium in February 1994. We had extensive experience in the wedding industry, me being a designer and Trisha specialising in silk floristry and bespoke bridal accessories. We made the decision to combine our talents to provide an outstanding experience for the bride and her entourage when looking for that dream dress.
Five years later, due to the boutiqueโs success, we moved to new, much bigger premises and began offering a wonderful range of occasion wear and prom dresses too.
Twenty-five years down the line and we are proud to house a gorgeous collection of over 200 designer wedding dresses lovingly made by incredible designers that have been personally selected for their exceptional quality, reliability and experience.
I am so fortunate to have a fabulous team of professional bridal consultants and talented seamstresses working alongside me, who really are at the heart of The Bridal Emporium. Not only do we have years of experience, but we are also a family-run, independent business, so you can rest assured that you will be in the best possible hands. We will ensure that you are looked after right from your initial point of contact, right up to the day of your wedding when we will happily arrive at your venue and dress you for your big day.
