Important details about the show!

If you are joining us at Elf next week, we hope that you are looking forward to it as much as we are!
Car parking is free and the car parks open two hours before each show.
Your bags will be searched on entry and you are unable to take food or drink into the arena other than bottles of water.
The doors open one hour 15 before each show and the runtime is two hours 20 mins
There are plenty of choices of food and drink inside the arena.

Disney stands only take Cards - no cash
The catering stalls take cash and cards.
The catering is only available once you are in the concourse - takeaway hot dogs, chips, pizza, donuts, hot drinks and a bar. Ice cream at half time !
Please do not bring snacks or picnics into the arena - we understand if you need to bring baby foods and special dietary requirements.
You can bring water (no glass or cans)
There are no toilets in the car park !
It’s a fabulous show with lots of interaction and so many beautiful ice dancers and the whole thing is a magical experience.

PREPARING FOR YOUR VISIT
Over 18,000 of you wilL be visiting us this weekend for a Magical Disney on Ice Spectacular. We want everyone to have a wonderful time and have tried hard to make the show a fabulous experience for the whole family. Here are some of the FAQ and tips to ensure you enjoy the show.
PLEASE NOTE THAT DISNEY ARE OPERATING A NO CASH POLICY AT THIS EVENT

GETTING TO WESTPOINT
Easily accessible via the M5 and A303 – our postcode is EX5 1DJ. The Number 9 Bus stops outside our main entrance.
Car parking is plentiful and free – no need to book, just turn up on the day. Please bear with us as you exit the arena as there is one main exit from the venue. Car parking attendants will direct you to the quickest route out. The car parks will open two hours before the start of each show.
Disabled Parking – is available to Blue Badge holders
Drop Off – we will have a drop off and collection point available, please follow signs. This area will also be available at the end of the concert to wait for pick up. Please note that there is limited space here and once the area is full, you will be directed to the main car park.

SECURITY
Westpoint has imposed a restriction on the size of bags allowed into the arena – (max size 60cm x 40cm x 20cm). Random searching will be enforced upon entry for this event and is a condition of entry. Refusal to be searched will prevent that individual from accessing the event.

The following items are not permitted into the venue:

– Pyrotechnics including flares, smoke bombs & fireworks
– Flammable liquids
– Luggage & large bags (larger than 40cm x 60cm)
– Illegal substances
– Alcohol bottles & cans
– Laser pens/pointers/balloons
– Video equipment, professional cameras.
– Knives or any items that can be used as a weapon
– Signs, banners, balloons
– Air horns, whistles, or any noise-making devices
– Food or drink (unless required due to a pre-existing condition which is supported with medical evidence in accordance with C or for infants under the age of 3)

Refillable water containers are allowed. Booster seats for small children are allowed.

PRAM / BUGGY PARK/MOBILITY SCOOTER

There is a Pram Park at the arena that will be signed on entrance. No buggies or prams or mobility aids will be allowed rink side but can all be stored in our Pram Park.

FIRST AID

We have a team of First Aiders on site throughout each show. If you are bringing any medicines that will need to be stored, please find a First Aid Officer who will store them for you.

FOOD AND DRINK

There will be a selection of food and drink stalls available on site. Please do not bring your own picnics or snacks into the venue. ( Baby food and snacks for toddlers under 3 excluded).We will have a number of food options available before and during the show – Disney themed, as well as coffee bars and snacks suitable for the whole family. Alcohol will be available. We practice Challenge 25 policy.

ENTRANCE

The doors will open 1 Hr 10 mins before each show to allow guests to get into the venue safely and easily and to allow time to browse the Disney shopping opportunities and purchase light snacks and drinks. We love children to dress in the favourite Disney outfit – but please be aware that guests Age 14 + should not come in Disney costumes.

SHOWTIME
The Show lasts for1.40-minute with a short interval – we do have plenty of toilets – but they do get extremely busy during the interval. Disabled toilets operate with RADAR
