This week we have a new Thursday spot 🥁
Thursday, 5-8pm - Thorverton - The Exeter Inn Community Pub. If it goes well then we’ll be doing it first Thursday of every month.
There’s loads of options…let us explain -
If you want a sit down meal then you can book a table with the pub and have starters, mains, desserts all bought to your table (or just loads of starters and desserts if that’s what you want). If you just fancied a Thursday night takeaway to get on the sofa at home with then give us a call or text and place a preorder (07586534692) and we’ll whip up your order for a set time for collection at the horsebox. If you’re just dropping in for a pint and decide a pizza sound like a shout then we’ll also sort you out but it may be a wait while we fit it in around the other orders so you might end up with 2 pints 🤘🏽
We’ll also be serving on a Friday, 4-8pm - Heavitree Park outside parklife cafe.

Our winter hibernation is nearly over and the ovens are getting fired up again soon. We’ll be back on Fridays to start with in Heavitree Park from 21st Feb so only one week to go!
Preorders are a good idea but at this time of year feel free to just rock up too. You can find all the info for ordering and the menu on our website -

The Parklife cafe is also open until 8pm (ish) serving drinks and providing the seating so if you want to make an evening of it then let us know and we’ll save you a table.

It’s our last Friday for the season in Heavitree park THIS WEEK!
parkcafeheavitree have been letting us park outside their community space for 3 whole Summers now and we can’t thank them enough for having us. We love bringing the horsebox out and serving you guys our grub but the winter is upon us so one more Friday before the hibernation begins.

We have starters/snacks/sharers on the menu. If you fancy a nibble before or during a pizzas then we got you. Wood fired sprouts with calbrese chilli and sunflower seeds, pizza dog or both 🙌
We also have meatballs which are sooo good but so hard to take a photo of so we just ate them.

As our Thursday spot is no more until next year we are only serving street food on Fridays in Exeter, Heavitree Park, 4-8pm.

New menu to see us through to the end of our pizza slinging season. Our last street food date will be 1st November in Heavitree Park so still a good few weeks to get on the pizza train.

We’ve found that the best way to get the perfect dough is to play it some seriously heavy metal while it’s proofing. 🤟🏾
We also ball it up and do some cold proofing for 2-3days to get those textures and flavours then we get it to the right temperature to be tapped out prior to cooking. Time and temperature 🧐

This little beauty is coming off the specials menu after this week to make way for some other seasonal goodies! It’s the Greek (a Greek salad on a pizza) plus some added chorizo.
We’ll be serving it as well as the rest of the menu on Thursday and Friday this week. Since the Summer is rapidly fading we have plenty of space both days so send us a preorder or pop down and we should be able to sort you out.
