It’s time to place your Christmas orders. Last order on the 15th December. Last collection/delivery on the 20th December. Flavours are Chocolate, chocolate orange, mint chocolate, pistachio, salted caramel,lemon, raspberry, mixed citrus, mulled wine, almond. You can select your favourite flavours when you order. The price is £1.50 each, in boxes of 12, 9 or 6.

Wedding bells for Katherine and Yves who requested 2 macarons towers with 7 different flavours. Lemon, vanilla, salted caramel (in purple shells), raspberry, mint, coffee and chocolate.
One of the guest is allergic to Almond so I made a box of 6 with ground hazelnut filled with chocolate. They tasted delicious, like a Ferrero rocher! So not only they are gluten free but they can be made with nut free alternative as well (oat flour for example)
I learned a lot doing my research!

A mini tower for a small wedding today in Lyme Regis. The lovely couple chose Lemon, pistachio and salted caramel in orange shell to keep the colour scheme.

As it was St Patrick’s day, some shamrock was added into the matching Bouquets and buttonholes. The result was stunning!
