Here at Celebrations HQ we have been quite busy so far throughout this year.....with lots of decisions and planning being made we have been concentrating on making amazing memories for all Occasions, so I best start showing you what we have been up to - These photo's are at the Redwing, Lympstone for a surprize 60th Birthday celebration earlier this year - love the way balloons and fresh flowers come together to create a beautiful table runner and the stunning bubble balloons at the top of the entrance stairs!

We have made a massive decision - after 12 years of Celebrations, we have worked unimaginable hours, shaped and re-shaped our lovely business beyond our expectations, made so many happy memories, sharing special occasions with so many over the years - we have decided that it is now time for us.....So we are selling, retiring from Celebrations - But we are not going just yet as we still have some lovely weddings/events booked in for the rest of the year - so want to see out this year enjoying every moment and reflecting on what we have achieved - Thank you to each and every customer over years - we have loved celebrating every occasion with you x

Must put photo's of the lovely weddings we have been completing recently.....this week we have gone to two great locations, Hills Farm looking over the Axe Valley and todays was up the River Exe to the wonderful River Exe Cafe - both stunning venues and perfect for weddings!

This was a wonderful wedding we completed near the end of summer at Ocean, Exmouth - what a beautiful day! It was so lovely to work alongside the happy couple's good friend who is a brilliant florist, loved all the colours chosen and theme that all came together for a perfect day

Last week we completed this wonderful balloon decor for a 21st Birthday garden party.....so lucky with the weather with the enhancements of the disco balls, silk flowers and palms - these worked amazing with the colour theme of hot pink, black and white .

We love doing this each year in July - The Exmouth Community College Prom, their theme chosen by the students this year was masquerade - Gold, Black & Silver with added masks to complete the look of the demi arch balloon arrangement.

Recent 80th Birthday celebrations at the Beach Pub - one of the last few events to be held before they start the refurb of this part of the pub - can't wait to see it when its complete - Balloon Clusters in Blues were requested along with the supersize '80' foil balloons.

A wonderful wedding Farm, Kilmington - Chair cover decor hessian & lace sash bow detail, with a lovely wild soft themed vased bouquet centrepiece placed on a log slice. Due to the bad weather an outside ceremony could not happen - but we always have plan b - our moongate arch with a little draping was a lovely backdrop for an indoor ceremony - despite the weather it was a perfect day - congratulations to the new Mr & Mrs x

This was a complete wedding set up at Ocean - as well as doing the Bridal Flowers, we completed the white gerbera/ gypsophila centrepieces - log slice, jars and light up bottles and top table arrangement, The chair cover decor was completed with an Olive green organza sash bow detail, our light up love letters, Candy Cart/ Glassware/ Bags/ Tongs/ Set up (sweets supplied by B&G) - our large white post box, draping to the outside pergoda - it was all complimented with the love heart blossom tree backdrop and floor standing blossom trees - these were supplied by the lovely Steve at Torbay Display - it was a wonderful day -Congratulations to the new Mr & Mrs x

We had a whopper of a weekend, with lots of balloon decor - but this was our favourite! We are always very proud to be asked to complete the Exmouth Pride Colourful Entrance Balloon Arch and this year we went bigger and better! What a wonderful day everyone had x

Our Candy Cart with a selection of sweets and some lovely Krispy Kreme Donuts (on request) was a great treat for a wedding at Ocean, Exmouth last weekend - a beach themed cart complimented the Bride & Grooms beach styled wedding. Congratulations to the B&G - it was a lovely sunny day - perfect for a wedding x

A LITTLE BUT BIG ANNOUNCEMENT! We are making some changes to the structure of the Celebrations but we don't want anyone to think its bad news......A year ago we separated the florist part of the business to a new location - it has gone really well, this has grown beyond our expectations with Weddings, Funerals & Events but the flip side is that for walk-ins/ last minute buys - the everyday purchases has not been so great which is understandable with the currant economic situation as flowers are a luxury. We have decided to take the floristry part of the business back to our main parade shop - its not happening just yet but we are advertising for a new tenant in the florist shop and didn't want any rumours that any part of our business was closing, we are just re-aligning the business and concentrating on the parts that work really well. So if you see the main shop and florist shop having a bit of a change around you know what we are up to my lovelies x

February was definitely the month for Royal Blue, this was a wedding completed recently at The Clinton Arms, the team at CA worked their magic transforming the venue. We placed the Royal Blue Sash Bow detail, Balloons and Post Box and enhancements to finish off the function room at The Clinton Arms - it was lovely to get a phone call from the Bride while she was on her honeymoon to say it was a wonderful day and many thanks as the room looked great and they had the best day - congratulations my lovelies xx
