We love speeches… the funny ones, the tear jerkers, even the ones you have to watch through your hands when is goes just that little bit too far 🫣

We heard the best bit of advice this year on how to make sure your speech length is on point….

“It should be like the perfect mini skirt. Long enough to cover the important bits, but short enough to keep people’s attention” 👌🏼

People are often surprised when they visit and we tell them that as well as being a wedding venue, Netherbyres is also our home 🏠

We have a separate flat in the house, so we’re always on hand to help with any requests 💬

And when we don’t have weddings on, we’ve been known to throw a pretty good party ourselves 🥳

After an amazing month in Ibiza we’re back at the house and into wedding planning mode 👩🏽‍💻

We’re still on holiday (just) but we’ve just peaked at the snaps from our last wedding of the year and couldn’t resist sharing one of M&S’ beaut dinner set up 🍽️

Our Grand Hall was made for banquet style dining, throw in a few pink pom poms and it’s pure perfection 💕

We are out of this office for the next four weeks, living it up in the Ibiza sunshine ☀️
