What an event 🥹♥️ showstopping wedding grazing table for evening guests to enjoy at the gorgeous venue .barn.weddings

Absolutely EVERYTHING homemade from scratch; orzo salad, signature sausage rolls, sundried tomato pesto pasta, coleslaw, sticky mustard sausages, marinated chicken drumsticks, caprese salad, quiches, hummus, tzatziki, whipped feta. All served with seasonal fruit and veggies, various cheese, baked breads, cured meats, crackers and much more!!

I also catered seperate single boxes for allergies like gluten free/dairy free and dietry preferences for vegans! So much to choose from the ultimate grazing evening FEAST 😍🤤

My favourite part of the evening was sticking around and exploring the gorgeous venue whilst hearing all the guests enjoying my food and the sunset was to die for!!! 🌅🌅

I'm already receiving enquires for 2025 weddings/events so please get in touch to avoid disappointment 🤍🤍🤍 a little reminder that I'm only a one woman band (with the amazing help from my Alun and Mum) so can only commit to 1 event every weekend! I only do 3 events a month to try and keep a good work life balance and have some me time so please get in touch as soon as possible so you can have the food of your dreams on your big day ♥️

Getting up close and personal with my signature grazing table with add ons including signature caramalised apple sausage rolls, homemade quiche lorraine, bbq marinated drumsticks and sandiwch platters (classic ham, mustard beef, chicken & bacon, cheese and chive)

I do sooooo many add ons (I really do need to find the time to update my menu) from; sticky sausages, pesto pasta, coleslaw, vegetarian rolls, caprese salad, greek salad, orzo pasta salad...anything you fancy I can do and all homemade 🫶

£4,281.31 raised for my second bottomless brunch event for Macmillan 💚 what a buzz!!!!

I'm honestly so overwhelmed and can't quite believe that over the 2 events I've held I've raised a grand total of £10,038.43 (seriously pinch me!!!)

I have no words I couldn't have achieved any of this without the support of all of YOU. Every ticket sale, every raffle donation, every like and share on my posts 🫶 we did this TOGETHER 🫶

Big massive thank you to my amazing Triple B team; Alun, Mum and Aunty Pottsey 💚 I can't tell you how much nervous excitement I have for these events and each of you help me to achieve all of my dreams with your amazing service to all the guests (Alun) help with decorations (Mum) and all the back of house cooking and cleaning (Pottsey). Each one of you are just amazing and I love you all the numbers ❤️

My thanks extend to my girls (and Tom) who helped me decorate the venue on the Friday night and helped prepare in the last hour before the service began. People who have sent me videos and photos of the day (which I can't wait to start sharing 💘). All the local businesses and generous people who donated raffle prizes to the most hectic raffle (the raffle is seriously one of my highlights each year 😅). Sue Gibbo for providing the plates (again 💚). I'm sure there are many more thank yous so I'm so sorry if I've missed you!!

A special shout out to for letting me use their venue and especially to Callum and his staff for being so accommodating and great service throughout for the rest of the night.

For everyone who came yesterday they'll know how much love was in that room and each year it amazes me how much love and support I get from you all. I'm not one to usually blow my own trumpet (infact I never do) but if I can't tell myself that I'm amazing for raising £10k!!! Yes £10k!!!! Then when the hell can I? I hope Dad is looking down on me proud as punch too 💚

I still can't quite believe that little old me has managed to raise such an amazing amount of money for a very well deserved charity. I absolutely LOVE doing my brunch services so this certainly won't be the last. See you all for Triple B bottomless brunch 2025 it's gonna be bigger and better than ever 💘🥂💚

After the huge success of my first charity event last year, I knew I wanted to host another bottomless brunch in 2024 in honour of my Dad.

As some of you may know my Dad sadly lost his battle to cancer on 31st December 2022 and these brunches are held in his memory to keep his legacy alive and raise money for the amazing Macmillan who helped my Dad throughout his illness.

Anyone who knows me will know that I want my events to grow bigger and better year on year so I have been working in the background on new recipes and new ideas that I cannot wait to share with you at this event!!!!

So here it is.....your invitation to my 💫LUXERY💫 canapé bottomless brunch where I'm hoping to raise a sh*t load of money for an amazing charity whilst filling your bellies with tasty food and drink.

Whoever came to the brunch last year will agree that couldn't have done more. The room, the staff and the bar prices were fantastic so I absolutely wanted to host here again.

I have 90 tickets available for the brunch 🍾 and if the success is even half of what last year's was then I already know this is going to be such a memorable and amazing day! I've already sold 20 tickets, so please be quick to secure yours now.

I won't be taking any profit from the sales of this event which means every single last penny that is left over from buying decorations, food and booze will ALL be donated to Macmillan and helping other families like they helped us 💚

I will be taking payment for the tickets in full, and payment will have to be made before Saturday 18th May to secure your spot.

The bar will be staying open after the brunch where I'll certainly be joining in with a few bevvies 🍻 and a dance🕺! This is also a shout out to anyone who can donate absolutely anything towards the raffle that I'll be doing after the brunch, so please share this message if you are able to help in any way.

Before my Dad passed, he told me how proud he was of everything I have achieved with Triple B, and I absolutely plan to keep it that way for him. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this. I'm so pleased with how the taste testing went at the weekend. I really wanted the bride and groom to be 100% happy with every item on there. We're going to make a few changes to the menu; updating the wrap to a different flavour (something like a sticky teriyaki beef), updating the cheesecake flavour to Ferrero Rocher and for them to be much smaller and finally to make the milkshake shot into a real shot with Tequila Rose UK served with cotton candy.

Another reason for me doing this was to practice the recipes in larger quantities and to get my timings more accurate for the big day. I'll be making 80 of each canapé for the big day 🙌

First event of its kind!! The gorgeous and fiancé Rob have hired me for their wedding this year and for their wedding breakfast they want a casual sit down meal for their guests to enjoy with a bottomless brunch service! Their wish is my command 💫

Yesterday Chloe and Rob came down to taste test all the food before the big day and we're going to make a few tweaks to the menu so that's it perfect on the day and exactly what they want.

Was so lucky with the weather 🌞 cannot wait for the big day now 💒👰🏼🤵‍♂

2023 ⏭️ 2020

Wow, where does the time go? Back in 2020, it started out as me and the girls missing bottomless brunches during lockdown and I thought to myself "I know I'll do us one instead" and for those who don't know that's how Triple B got it's name "Beckys Bottomless Brunch" 🍾

Alun then became my biggest cheerleader and convinced me to set up a Facebook and Instagram page about having an at home bottomless brunch experience. Initially, there wasn't much interest with lockdown restrications still in place.

I've always loved cooking and feeding people, so I adapted Triple B into buffets/afternoon teas/anything people wanted to book me in for. It was a hard slog initially, especially with many failed recipes - crying into a bowl of cheese and chive sandwich filling will always be a personal favourite of mine 😅

Eventually, my confidence started to grow (although I am still my own worst critic) and I started getting more and more bookings and getting all sorts of new requests (grazing tables/hosting Hen parties just to name a few).

3 years later and last week I hosted my first charity bottomless brunch for 87 people 🩷 and recently, I have quoted customers on catering their wedding(!!) and also I have had enquiries on being a wedding coordinator in 2024...like what the hell can someone please pinch me 🥺🥺

Back in 2020, if you would have told me the kind of success I have achieved in the past 3 years with Triple B I'd of been buzzing. It's so easy to not acknowledge the wins whilst you're running your own buisness but if I can't tell myself how I proud I am of myself on my 3rd birthday then when can I? 🎂🥳
