Amazing Venue yesterday for the wedding of Keir & Ria. Attention to detail, friendliness of the staff, so full of love and intimate and the rain didn't dampen anyone spirits! We lit a candle for absent family and concluded the legalities with the toasting of the Quaich!
Wish Keir and Ria many happy years together ❤️

Now I don't normally mention the person who marries the couple not sure why because I have had 2 amazing ones ... However in this case Susan Ross the Humanist Celebrant was a photographers dream !! ... she actually gave me time throughout the wedding ceremony to actually catch some photos - without feeling I had to rush because she had paused the couple and didnt rush them onto the next step ... (She is a really good one)

I need to mention the décor !! the décor was created by Pretty Little Details- Wedding & Event Styling ... the venue was set out simply beautiful with their white blossom trees and white runner etc... just beautiful 🥰

Busy day tomorrow!
I'm covering an early morning yoga class for the amazing Hodge Yoga then meeting a former yoga student Zara Pratt and her partner Ross to discuss and plan what they would like for their wedding ceremony next year.
I feel very privileged and blessed to do the work I love! It's full of variety and sometimes deep sadness and certainly keeps me on my toes at times, I don't have plans to retire as think I would get bored!!

It was an absolute pleasure this afternoon to do the wedding ceremony for Louise & Dave at Glenskirlie Castle, we lit candles for absent friends and family and I've left the bride & groom in the safe hands of the photographer for some wonderful memories, congratulations Louise & Dave 💕

After many enjoyable years working with Falkirk Council Registrars as an Assistant Registrar doing legal civil weddings, baby naming, renewal of vows, I left in 2016 and completed my funeral training with Fuze in 2017.
As a Humanist Celebrant I love meetings families to help write the eulogy for a loved ones funeral, I can work with any Funeral Director of your choice or recommend many who I have worked with over the years.
I can also help you plan a ceremony for your wedding, baby naming or renewal of vows.

I still teach yoga, after a few health challenges myself it's my go to place to find a balance in my life, allowing me to help others too in times of stress, anxiety and chronic pain.
