Huge congratulations to yesterday's fabulous couple Briony & Daniel. So great to have an outdoor ceremony on the beautiful terrace of Glenbervie House Hotel - Rhys and Craig really looked after us all, and superb ceremony from the lovely Evelyn Robertson. The singing waiters got the party started and the Wedding DJ Scotland made sure it continued late into the night!

Another fabulous wedding yesterday full of so many familiar faces (and 3 past wedding couples!), congratulations to the lovely Allan & Michelle who got married at The Vu near Bathgate. Such a fun ceremony by the fabulous @lesley.celebrant , and great working with Thomas McCue Video. In charge of making the girls look fabulous was @staceyleighspalding , @jennifer_rossmakeup and Megan Neally on hair.
It's always an honour to be chosen to photograph a wedding, but even more so for a friend. Had a super day yesterday at the lovely Alison and Stephen's wedding through at the Three Kings. After all the hurdles along the way with venues closing etc, you finally got your perfect day. It was lovely to get to join your guests for the meal, and I know you said I didn't need to do a sneaky peek, but I couldn't resist going home and putting one together for you so you could see it before you went to bed last night xx
What a beautiful wedding to kick 2024 off...the way that Rebekah and Charlie looked at and interacted with each other, really was so special and reminded me just how much I love weddings! I had another 'first' too yesterday ....first time in over 14 years of weddings that a TORTOISE was the ring bearer!!! He even wore a matching tie to the groom...love it!
My sneaky peek from Gemma & Gav's gorgeous wedding through at Lochside House on Wednesday. I absolutely love what they've done with the venue since the last time I visited a few years ago...it's beautiful! So lovely to be able to capture Gemma's big day for her as she is a teacher at my kids old primary school...so great to see so many familiar faces again.

Yesterday was an absolute blast! I've only shot a couple of weddings at the beautiful Culzean Castle but for me, it's definitely worth the hour and a half drive to capture photos in this stunning place! Joe & Sandy were such fun to work with, they finally got their day after all the covid changes. Special thanks have to go out to Shannen and her team at Culzean - especially Mr B who was hilarious driving us round on the golf buggy! And the lads from Devotion Weddings made things run so smoothly...and kept the fun element going - especially bringing the wet floor warning sign in when the groom was getting teary in his speech 😂. I'd highly recommend them for their Master of ceremonies service through the day and DJ set at night. Sandy & Joe hate getting their photos taken, but I'm sure you'll agree, they did an amazing job x
Had great fun at yesterday's wedding capturing the celebrations for Emma & Lewis. The ceremony was in the amazing setting of Dunblane Cathedral, with a full choir and organist, it really was something! The weather held out for us all day too, and the celebrations continued at @doubletreedunblane. It was really lovely catching up with mother of the bride Diane who I used to work with in my Thomas Cook days, and great teamwork once again with Simon from @cinematique_wedding_films
Friday's beautiful wedding at Orocco Pier with my fabulous couple Jackie & Ryan. The weather held out for us which meant Ryan had no choice but to go out for loads of photos out and about south Queensferry. For someone who hates getting his photo taken he did great, and Jackie was a true professional
