Our safety precautions include:
* COVID19 Booking guarantee valid for all bookings (Full refund available up to 24 hours in advance / rescheduling up to 4 hours in advance)
* All sessions must be booked online to manage visitor numbers
* Social distancing enforced / visitor numbers restricted
* Face coverings must be worn unless exempt
* CO2 levels monitored in reception areas to ensure ventilation sufficient (maintaining CO2 below 500ppm, HSE indicate indoor spaces are well ventilated below 800ppm!)
* All customers and staff are temperature checked on arrival
* Staff testing using LFT
* Equipment sanitised / cleaned prior to use
