At Falmouth Food Festival, JB are bringing their signature paratha flat breads!
Primrose Herd pulled pork in a rich and punchy masala curry, similar to a typical Goan Vindaloo. This is loaded on a flaky, buttery paratha flatbread and dazzled in pickles, herbs and chilli 🔥
For the veggies/vegans, a crispy courgette fritti fried in a spiced batter, drizzled in tahini dressing and topped with veggies, pickles and herbs🔥
