Hiya, I've been harassed into making a solstice meal which will be available tomorrow from 1pm. Its a Wellington of roast Crown Prince pumpkin, buttery leeks, thyme, walnuts and blue cheese with braised red cabbage for £7.50 and baked ginger cheesecake with raspberries for £4.00.
