Nature inspired cuisine with a focus on the landscapes, flora and fauna. Hylton Espey owner of Culture Restaurant, on Custom House Quay, Falmouth opened in July this year. The menu is a set tasting menu that takes you on a culinary tour of Cornwall.

You can watch Hylton at his cookery demo on Thurs 13th Oct, 2pm as he takes you on a journey through flavours curated by our farmers, fisherman and gatherers.
