We’re delighted to announce the launch of our new spring menu starting this week.
New dishes include:
Our velvety Cornish Fish Stew, made with our Lobster and Crab Bisque base, Charred Leek & Cornish Gouda Arrancini, Seared Tuscan veg with a Goats cheese bon bon and Steak Frites from our wonderful Butcher James Kittow’s Red Ruby Cows, reared just outside of St Austell.
We’ve kept some Favourites on too: Classic Fish & Chips with our home-made Tartare sauce, Local Mussels from Martin & Tom at Sailors Creek Shellfish and Our Panko breaded Crab cakes made with freshly picked local crab from Jamie & Lana at Mylor Creek Shellfish.
If you want something a bit lighter, we’re serving Sandwiches, Salads and Jackets till 5pm, Kittow’s Quality Meats Gammon, Fresh Crab, Davidstow Cheddar & Salmon from St Ives Smokehouse supplied by our amazing suppliers Celtic Fish & Game.
All this and more can be enjoyed at our beautiful waters edge location at the Royal Cornwall Yacht Club boasting the best views in Falmouth.
