We’re Scott & Olivia, your weird wedding photographer and videographer team

I met Olivia in February 2024, completely by accident and knew immediately that she was the one for me

We had a whirlwind romance, and had no excuse for it. When you know you just know, for the first time in our lives we realised that soulmates were real (yes Mohawks have emotions), we moved in together after 4 months and built our first home

We took cameras most places and Olivia mentioned that she used to enjoy photography, thinking that it was just ‘one of those things people say around photographers’ I brushed it off. It wasn’t until she handed me a card of photos she’d taken from a family trip and I realised that she was exactly what Scott Morey Photography needed

She came in full force, rebranded the business to what you see today , and we’ve been working with the most incredible couples ever since, mini festivals, Halloween weddings, punk rockers and oompah bands galore

We got engaged in May this year and this has made the team so much stronger in what is means. Together we make Scott Morey Photo & Video, it’s built from a place of being 100% yourself, planning the wedding you want regardless of what other people expect your wedding to look like and we’re there to be your biggest cheerleaders capturing each of your nerdy moments in their full glory

We want your wedding to feel how we would want to be treated on our wedding

Like real people

Who aren’t used to having their photo taken all the time

Who have niche interests and probably a few tattoos or a funky hair style

Forget being awkwardly posed on your wedding day, here’s our foolproof way to get beautiful candid shots at weddings

Like a charm EVERY TIME 🃏

Those stunning couple portraits you see, we had minimal involvement with them

They’re natural, beautiful and you would have maybe thought they were heavily posed

But they’re not

Many moons ago Scott created a card game, to take away the pressure and tension of wedding photos and bring out the fun

300+ couples have played that game and we’ve ALWAYS got some crackers out of it

It’s actually in the stages of being reworked RIGHT NOW so if you’re a 2026 or onwards wedding, you’ll see the new version which, by the way, is even BETTER than it’s ever been before

I say this all the time to couples

If you at a bare minimum couldn’t meet your supplier for a coffee or a beer. You probably don’t want them at your wedding

Your wedding photos and videos are some of the only things that you have at the end of your day, aside from mental memories and your marriage certificate

Taking that capture seriously is the difference between remembering the details and letting them pass by

My style looks to capture you day, exactly as it happens, no poking, prodding or posing just a casual card game that exploits the chemistry you both have together, nothing less

Happy Valentines day to all my couples, past and future! 💌

I feel like today is a really appropriate time to also formally introduce my right hand woman officially to all the couples planning their wedding and wondering who their second shooter is going to be!

This is my girlfriend Olivia, not only is she killer with a camera she’s also a graphic designer with her own business - hello wedding stationery 👀

Olivia steps in as my second shooter for anyone booking Access all Areas package and heads up the photography for Hall of Fame (photo and video)

That’s right, we are a coupled up duo arriving on your big day and we love it!

If you are looking for a Photographer that is boring, stuck in their ways and isn't open to stepping outside of the box, you are in the wrong place. However, If you are looking for a Photographer that is down to earth, laid back and lives outside of the box (metaphorically speaking) then welcome, My name is Scott, I am a Hampshire based wedding photographer and I shoot people, Normally on their wedding day!

Whether you can pick your other half up in the air, or if you like to stay a little more grounded I will always capture your day in the most natural and candid way by following and shooting the action all day long!

My “style” follows a Documentary theme, I don’t get in the way of your day and I follow the action. I keep things fun and light by moving to every spot in the room to cover as much ground as possible (honestly. I’m likely to need a knee replacement before my mid thirties!) to capture your day from every possible angle. That tear in your Dad’s eye? Got it, The Bestman fell over whilst carrying five shots? Snapped it, Your wedding day start to finish? Completed it!

Firstly, You get my sparkling personality and my skill at working a camera for your day, not enough? Fine, I have packages that cover pre and post wedding meetings, fuel (within 50 miles of Fareham! If you’re further a field get in touch!), Me (legal and fully insured!) for the whole day, bridal prep, ceremony, family formals, at least an hour worth of just Bride and Groom photoshoots, speeches, cake cutting, first dance, evening shindigs, a private and secure online gallery of all your images and the entire gallery available to download and use how you wish!

Better? I Thought so!

To push it further my top package comes with all of the days (and nights!) photos on a beautiful memory stick in an incredible display box, macro shots to capture all the little details throughout the day, an additional sunset session for the couples and the icing on the three tier cake is an engagement photoshoot to get your guests excited for the big day! Also, did I mention my sparkling personality?

In order to set the wheels in motion, I need you to head to this page and fill in the booking form. From there I will add your details and begin the process to book a meeting, I always tell any clients, whether they book me or not, that you need to meet your Photographer because they are one of the few people that will be spending the whole day with you! If you don’t feel like you could sit down in a pub with them for half an hour, how can you stand an entire day with them!
