Reflecting on this year's Black History Month, I can't help but feel inspired by the incredible journey we've been on.

One of the most powerful moments for me was meeting Baroness Doreen Lawrence, who shared her story of injustice. It's a stark reminder that we still have a long way to go in creating a truly equal society.

But let's hold onto hope, that together, we can be the change. Let's work towards a future where injustice is but a distant memory.
