One Day at Christmas 2024 ✨ 🎄 🎅

Today we were proud to be one of eight UK events venues to host One Day at Christmas, a charity event organised by the UK events industry to provide a festive experience for elderly, vulnerable or lonely people in our local communities.

This annual one-day event held in partnership with Mash Media and made possible through sponsors and partners across the national events industry brings the spirit of the season to over 2000 people across the country.

We were delighted to welcome Alex Baker MP for Aldershot and Farnborough and the Mayor of Rushmoor Councillor Mara Makunura to open the festivities.

🌟 Spotted at Farnborough International This Summer! 🌟
This summer, we had the privilege of welcoming thousands of visitors to our venue for a series of remarkable events. Among our guests were some very special individuals—here are just a few faces you might recognise...
⚽ Harry Redknapp, the former football manager and player made an appearance at Screwfix Live 2024, bringing his energy and charm to the event!
🚗 Paul Swift, a world-renowned stunt driver, returned to our venue to set yet another Guinness World Record at The British Motor Show! Watching him in action was nothing short of spectacular!
👩‍🔬 Jessica Ashley, Miss UK, joined us for the Pioneers of Tomorrow, where she gave an inspiring talk on Women in STEM, discussing the challenges, achievements, role models, and the crucial importance of diversity in the field. Her insights were a big hit with attendees!
👨‍🚀 ESA - European Space Agency astronauts made a special appearance at the Farnborough International Airshow 2024!
🐾 And who could forget the adorable Dulux dog! This lovable icon arrived at Screwfix Live with a wagging tail, spreading joy and bringing smiles to everyone he met.
From inspiring speeches to record-breaking stunts (and a few celebrity appearances), these are just a few of the memorable moments we’ve had at Farnborough International this summer.
