We, too, were delighted to be able to donate the proceeds from this year’s Music in the Park to Phyllis Tuckwell, Hospice Care at our Farnborough Rotary lunch meeting last week. Of course, this would not have been possible without the support of our sponsors - Farnborough Airport, Herrington Carmichael Solicitors, RM Carpets, Branston Adams and The Village Hotel Farnborough - and everyone who came to the shows. Thank you to everyone!
We will be back in July 2025.

We are over the moon to have received an amazing £35,000 from this year's Music In The Park Farnborough. We can't thank the Rotary Club of Farnborough District 1145 enough for all their support of Phyllis Tuckwell, and for organising such a fun filled event for our community. It seems like an age ago, but it's only two weeks since we were getting ready for the Sunday night 'Rock & Roll Party' at Music in the Park. The photos are still being sorted and here are a couple of The Ultimate Everlys that rocked the Sunday evening! It was a great show!

The raffles held on Saturday and Sunday evening saw almost all of the prizes claimed on the night, but there were two unclaimed prizes, one for each evening.

On Saturday, raffle ticket number 02373 was not claimed for entry for 1 adult, and 2 children to an Aldershot FC game.

On Sunday, raffle ticket number 02617 was not claimed for entry for 1 adult and 1 child to 360 Play in Farnborough.

Well, Music in the Park might be over for this year, but what a blast we had! Thank you to everyone who came! We hope you enjoyed it. If you look at King George V Playing Fields now, you would never know that anything had happened last weekend. A lot of tired but happy Rotary Club members and all the companies that supported the event, have completely cleared the park today.
Our official photographer, John, was busy with his camera last night at the Rock and Roll Party, so here are a few shots of Elvis, the cars that came to add to the evening, and two with enough energy to get up and rock the night away!

The Ticket Office caravan is open now on the car park at King George V Playing Fields, GU14 6RE. Pay by cash or card and have a physical ticket in your hand for Music in the Park next weekend. The ticket office is open from 10am to 7pm from today until Friday, and from 10am to midday on Saturday. Tickets remain at £30 for adults and £2.50 for children (5-12yrs), but on the day of the event adult tickets are £40.
