Cara Donaldson - Cara has been a working member and Director of the Diamond Dancentre for the past 20 years. She takes an active role not only in teaching but also in the key aspects of making the centre both compliant and safe. She completed her IOSHH training and takes responsibility for the Employment Law, Health and Safety and the background side of the running of the business. She is also the Designated Safeguarding Lead at the dance school.

Professor Chris Kemp - Chris is a world renowned risk mitigation consultant for a range of clients including Silverstone Grand Prix Circuit, Wembley Stadium, AEG Europe, the HS2 Rail Project, the O2 arena, Roskilde Festival Denmark, the Pope’s visit to Romania and expert legal witness for over a dozen high profile risk incidents across the world. He has addressed the House of Commons Select Committee on Olympic and Paralympic Games crowd safety as well as the Royal Society of Medicine on crush injuries.
