June is an amazing time in our Walled Gardens, the white roses are in full bloom and the lavender lined aisle gives off the most beautiful fragrance as you pass.

The gorgeous roses are in bloom until July and then start all over again in August, come and have a look around and see how stunning the grounds really are.
There are three remaining dates for August 2025 - Book your wedding when the roses are at their best!

We have a standard alcohol license at our fully stocked bar until midnight, but can extend this to 1am with a late license application. Our extensive range can offer everything from our specialty Gin bar to Real Ales.
We can also serve the very on trend "His and Her Cocktails".

This weeks private food tasting was adapted for our gluten free bride. Our chefs have extensive experience and knowledge to cater and adapt menus for all dietary requirements - Three Course Tasting Menu is included as standard on our wedding package.

Todays selection from our menu:-

Aged beef carpaccio with chervil mayonnaise, shaved pickled turnip and wild rocket.
Cornish mackerel fillet, chive mayonnaise with potato salad and wood sorrel
Griddled salmon fillet, burnt butter potato fondant, dill and cauliflower puree with white wine velouté.
Roast lamb rum with crispy lamb shoulder, spinach, mint dauphinoise potato and lamb sauce.
Sea salted chocolate wow butter tart, grilled peaches and chocolate soil.
Sour apple cheesecake, toffee apple puree, apple cider jelly, lemon balm oil
