Castle Street Flowers are looking for an experienced florist to join our small team on a part time basis, with a further potential of full time.
Castle Street Flowers is a well-established business in the heart of Farnham. Our shop is very busy, fast paced and covers most aspects of floristry.
Your role will involve creating high quality hand tied bouquets and arrangements for passing trade, customer orders, deliveries, funerals and weddings. You will be partly responsible for keeping the stand presentable and maintaining a tidy and clean work space, you will also need to have a good rapport with customers face to face and over the phone, as well as taking payments.
The type of employee we are looking for will have a genuine passion for the industry, with a minimum of one year’s experience in a middle to high end, busy work environment. You will also need to be a team player as it’s only a small team, but also be able to work independently too. Self-motivated, proactive and can work under pressure to deadlines whilst keeping work to a high standard.
We are looking for a florist who is reliable, punctual and able to commit to working till all orders are fulfilled and working overtime at peak times over Christmas, Valentines and Mother’s Day.
