I have been included in another featured wedding in A Kentish Ceremony magazine summer edition 2024.

This was one of my last ceremonies working as a celebrant for Kent County Council. So it was in August 2022, a couple of years ago now. Andy and Sarah were such a lovely couple and it was such a chilled out relaxed vibe. The venue artists beach house was stunning and you could not have asked for better weather. We could have been anywhere in the Mediterranean. They kindly shared their wedding photos with me afterwards. How nice was that. I am truly grateful to them.

Last Saturday was another beautiful sunny day for Jennifer and Amar’s wedding. Another stunning venue with an awesome vista. They chose beautiful colours for their handfasting which I made. The groom Amar entered with his close family and friends in true Indian style to drums and much dancing. Everyone loved it. The couple were very mindful of including family and friends as part of their ceremony. Their story was told by friends and their nephews were involved in their exchange of rings and handfasting. Their personal vows were tear jerking. Everyone was truly amazing. This couple are in sync with each other and the love they have for each other is palpable. I know that they will be very happy together and I wish them a truly amazing life together.

It is always so exciting when you get a new booking. Looking forward to this ceremony as they have requested Handfasting as part of the ceremony. There is something about Handfasting that just touches me deeply. Can’t wait!

Can’t believe it was a year ago that we celebrated your marriage. It was a cold and snowy day. But you guys were not phased. You embraced the weather even though you had travelled all the way from Australia to celebrate with your family in the UK. There was so much fun and laughter in your story.
