Have loved continuing to follow Chris Walks the UK ‘s journey after Chris and Jet left Orkney. They continued to walk for another 3 years raising funds for SSAFA the Armed Forces Charity. Making a total of six years walking the entire coastline of the UK ! Seeing him on the news tonight in the Finstown car park with the pile of goodies given by the community during his time camping here reminded me how kind everyone was to him and Jet and how blessed he felt to have experienced that kindness!! He was fed well by everyone and had many offers of all kinds of assistance (including an emergency kilt repair) - it was heartwarming ❤️ What a lovely ending to cross the finish line with his partner Kate who he met along the way and their peedie son Magnus - 2 became 4 ❤️ (love a happy ending 🥰) More of Chris’s story and the link to donate can be found here -
