***GOOD NEWS***
We are delighted to inform you that our pool will reopen on Monday. We had all works completed yesterday, and it will take us all weekend to get temperatures up again. We have sorely missed having the public come and go to our community facility. We will be in touch accordingly to rearrange lessons so please be patient. We have a backlog of a month to reschedule and will do so as best we can. Thank you all for your patience and understanding in this matter. I would also like to thank EugeneMcConnell and all the other councillors who gave their support in the background to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. See you all Monday

To the entire community and pool users, I can only apologise that our pool remains closed until further notice. I am disgusted and frustrated at the length of time it is taking for a part to be sourced and repaired. In my eyes, this is totally unacceptable as a community facility. We will endeavour to reschedule all we can, but it doesn't make up for the negative impact on not providing a pool provision for you all. Again, apologies to all.

As we enter into our 3rd week of closure I'm sure as a community you are as frustrated as we are. We can only apologise for the inconvenience and hope that the matter is resolved as quickly as possible. Once we know a timescale, we will do our utmost best to catch up on lessons and offer alternatives where we can. Again thank you for your patience in this matter.

****Customer Announcement****
It is with deep frustration that we wish to inform you that the pool remains closed until further notice. Our server crashed in the storm, and the control box to the pool heating is damaged. It is a waiting game for repairs, and we have no choice but to remain closed until the matter is fixed. We apologise for any inconvenience, and we continue to contact as many customers individually and hope to reschedule classes as soon as we possibly can. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we have none left, lol. Thank you, everyone.
